How many treatments will I need?
As everyone responds differently to Bowen, the number of treatments required depends on the individuals response and requirements. It is highly recommended that three Bowen sessions over a three week period are arranged initially. Some short term conditions may improve over this period. Should further sessions be required, these may often be spaced out over a longer period. This depends on each individuals requirements. Many people who choose to return for regular maintenance sessions find that that this keeps their body balanced, supple and relaxed, often preventing a recurrence of previous health problems.
